Chris Gayle is currently playing in IPL for Kings XI Punjab. Gayle has played a vital role for KXIP. He has played 12 matches so far In IPL-12 and scores 462 runs at an average of 42. Gayle is playing in the various leagues. Now in the Carribean premier league, he again joins Jamaica Tallawahs.

“We are delighted to have Chris playing for his home team for the 2019 season,” Tallawahs COO Jefferson Miller said in a release. “There is no bigger name in Twenty20 cricket, and we can’t wait for him to arrive and make the Jamaican fans proud. We are looking forward to Chris being a big part of our push for a third CPL title.”

Tallawahs announced Chris Gayle as their marquee player for the upcoming Season which can take place in September-October and the draft takes place on May 22.

Gayle previously played for Jamaica between 2013 to 2016. In his leadership, Jamaica won the CPL time twice in 2013 and 2016. He also the highest score in both finals. After 2016 Gayle joined St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. He led the team in CPL 2017 finals and 2018 playoffs. Gayle has the highest run-getter in the CPL with 2111 runs.

He also decided to retire from ODI cricket after world cup 2015. But continue to play in t20is. In the recent west indies, England series he smashed 39 sixes and won the player of the tournament. He is looking in the good for so its good news for windies. He also plays in the Bangladesh premier league, Afghanistan premier league, and Pakistan premier league.
He has the hight run score in t20 with 10k+ runs. Chris Gayle scored the fastest t20 century in just 30 balls. In this inning, he scored 175* runs against Pune warrior India in IPL 2013 playing with RCB.
