In a welcome news for MS Dhoni fans, Jharkhand’s coach Rajiv Kumar has given a statement that will thrill his fans to the bits. Rajiv Kumar has come up with a good news of MS Dhoni returning to the Cricket ground again and training to the full tilt to get himself match ready for the upcoming IPL.
Speaking to IANS, Kumar said, “I haven’t had any talks with him with regards to the national team and him donning the India jersey again. But, his preparations for the next edition of the IPL has begun and while the senior team will be busy playing the Ranji Trophy game from Sunday, Dhoni will continue training till the time he is in Ranchi.”
For MS Dhoni till 2019 World Cup it was all about his performances and heroics and since then it is all about Speculations…. Speculations…. and Speculations. He has been unavailable for international cricket since. But now with the master returning to the ring one can expect one or two magical moments coming their way. It might be another successful season for Chennai Super Kings or an extraordinary comeback to Indian cricket team also.
The legendary cricketer was recently snubbed from the central contract list by BCCI recently and there are strong chances that the wicket keeper batsman will only make his comeback in the upcoming VIVO IPL 2020.
Earlier, CSK’s owner N Srinivasan also said, “Dhoni will play this year, next year he will go to the Auction and we will retain him,” giving clear indication that the legend is ready for yet another comeback.
IPL 2020 is scheduled to start from 29th March 2020. The inauguration match will be played between the previous season’s winner and the runner-up, i.e. Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, at the Wankhede stadium with the most successful captains, i.e. Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni, leading their teams in the middle.
