After a historic win by Men in Blue against Kangaroos everyone is praising visitors to the extent. The way team played against Australian on their own backyard is literally inspiring. The way Rahane led the team against Mighty side was astonishing and everyone is praising him the way he led and when the God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar praises then, it will be the biggest achievement. He congratulates Rahane and men for the way they played and especially when talking about the knock of century by Rahane is really special for him, to have a century in those over casted conditions always been appreciable.

“I felt this was brilliant performance by our team, the manner in which our team was able to play and the way Ajinkya led the team. Also if you look at senior cricketers and their contribution, it has been good,” quoted by Tendulkar.

“People shouldn’t get into comparisons with Virat. Ajinkya has different personality. His intent was aggressive. I would like to remind everyone that they are both Indians and they both play for India, so no individuals comes above India. Team and country is above everything else,” added by Tendulkar.

He considers the comparison between Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane isn’t justified as both have their own perspective and it doesn’t mean to compare both. He also think the knock of 112 by Rahane was phenomenal with maturity and aggression.

“I thought Ajinkya batted brilliantly. He was calm relaxed and composed. He had aggressive intent but aggression was rightly balanced by calmness and surely,”

“So he didn’t miss opportunities when a boundary ball was there. And when one had to be patient, he was patient. The intent was very good,”.
