Former Pakistan players like Abdul Razzaq and Shoaib Akhtar have made a habit of making controversial comments on Indian Cricket and India. For the umpteenth time they have tried to do so and every time they have been taken to the task by Indian and World Cricket fans for non-sensible comments.

Now, Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has put himself into a new problem with his recent tweet on the Corona Virus Situation. Akhtar, while expressing his concern over the increasing lockdowns because of COVID-19, made a controversial statement as he related the lockdown with the sensitive issue of Kashmir.

Taking to his Twitter account Akhtar posted a photo reading: “Dear world, Howis the lock down?” To evoke the controversy, the Pakistan fast bowler also mentioned the name of Kashmir at the bottom of the image.

In no time, though, he was taken to the task by the Indian fans as Akhtar was brutally trolled by the fans after that. FYI, Akhtar runs a successful YouTube channel. He also provides his views on various issues and topics in cricket. But, this tweet might cost him dearly as Indian fans posted the screenshot unfollowing him on the YouTube and other social media networks.

Sports events the world over have taken a drubbing over the last few weeks as Corona Virus has made its presence felt the world over. Even the Olympics 2020 games have been postponed to avoiding mass gathering in a bid to control the Virus threat. The Virus has also cancelled all the cricket action for now.
