10. Mohammed Siraj (RCB)
Mohammed Siraj along with Umesh Yadav is a player who performed good in last season but could not repeat his performance this season. He has played 9 matches so far in this season but has taken only 7 wickets with an average of 38.42. His economy so far is 9.55. He has not stabilized his position in his team so far and has been in and out of playing XI.
11. Andrew Tye
Tye was the highest wicket taker in IPL 2018 but in this season he has not performed well. He has played 4 matches and only took 2 wickets with an average of 77.50 and economy of 9.68. He has also not stabilized his position in his team so far and has been in and out of playing XI.
