Former India physio Patrick Farhart has recently ended his instinct. Now IPL franchise Delhi Capitals appointed him as new physio of the team. Before becoming India’s physio, Patrick Farhart worked with the IPL franchises Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians. His four year time period with team India was ended after the world cup 2019.
“I am delighted to be working in the Indian Premier League again,” Former India physio Patrick Farhart said. “Delhi Capitals is a team that has made some very positive changes in its setup over the last couple of years, and the result is there to see in the side’s third-place finish in the 2019 season.
“It is certainly a team that is on its way up, and I am excited to be working with the players and support staff members in the upcoming seasons of the tournament,” Farhart added.
“There is no doubt that he is among the best in the business,” Delhi Capitals CEO Dhiraj Malhotra said. “Patrick not only has an enviable body of work, but he also commands a tremendous amount of respect among cricketers. I am absolutely confident that our players will benefit hugely from Patrick’s presence.”
Delhi capitals reached into the play-offs of world cup 2019. Shreyas Iyer is leading DC from last two year. This year Delhi roped Former Australian captain Ricky Pointing as the head coach of team and Sourav gangly as the mentor of the team. In the two coachings, Delhi Capitals really performed well and reached into the play=offs of Indian premier league 2019.
Mumbai Indians won the IPL 2019 by beating Chennai super kings in the finals. MI is the only team who has won the IPL title four times. Chennai super kings won the IPL title thrice.
