So the Indian team will try to beat Sri Lanka and hope that South Africa beat Australia in the last group stage match of world cup 2019. If India top of the table, then they will play against New Zealand in the semis. If they are standing at the 2nd position, then they will play against England in the semis.

A rumor is going around the world that MS Dhoni will retire from international cricket after the world cup 2019. Now MS Dhoni speaks on his retirement plan.

“I don’t know when I will retire. But a lot of people want me to retire before today’s game,” MS Dhoni told ABP News.

Earlier we have reported that the BCCi official said that India’s last game in the world cup will be MS Dhoni’s last match in international cricket.

“You never know with MS Dhoni. But it is unlikely that he will continue to play for India after this World Cup. But since his decisions to quit captaincy from the three formats have been taken so suddenly, it is very difficult to predict at the moment,” a senior BCCI official told PTI.

MS Dhoni has played eight matches so far in the world cup 2019 and scored 223 runs at a strike rate of 93. He plays the finisher role on the Indian side. Dhoni retired from test cricket in 2019. Now he is playing white ball cricket.MSD may retire from international cricket but continue to play in the Indian premier league. MS Dhoni is playing for Chennai super kings in the IPL and also leading the Chennai Super Kings team.
