“It’s just the space I’m in right now; having a newly born daughter in my life has put me in a really good space. I am enjoying my cricket coming off from a great IPL campaign. Here we were focussed on starting well and I think as a team we are heading in the right direction,” said Rohit.
“I am sure if I get another hundred next game you will ask me the same question. It’s hard to put any knock on top because all those knocks you play for your country are really really important, so it’s very tough.”
“The last two days we were here, the pitch was under the covers, and it was a little soft when we started. When the conditions are like that, it becomes more of a new ball game and then the opposition can put pressure if you lose a few wickets,” he said.
Team India is at 3rd position in the points table with 7 points. India will face Afghanistan in their next world cup 2019 game. Indian openers are looking in fabulous touch and the bowling for India everyone doing his job.
