Indian Cricket team had a wonderful 2019 except the semi-final loss against New Zealand in Cricket World Cup 2019. Indian team players also had a very busy 2019 as they played continuous bilateral series along with a Cricket World Cup in the year. They also represented their franchises in IPL.

2020 is going to be no different as India will kick start their campaign with a home series against Sri Lanka as they step into an another year full of hectic schedule and a T20 World Cup 2020. We are providing you with Indian Cricket team tentative schedule ahead of the new year.

Indian Man’s Cricket Team Schedule 2020:

Sri Lanka Tour of India – January 5th – January 10th

India will kick start their campaign with a three match T20 series against their natives at home. The Virat Kohli-led side will play a three match T20I series against Sri Lanka, which will begin on January 5th and end on January 10th.

Australia tour of India – January 14th – January 19th

Australia will tour India immediately after the Sri Lanka series to play a three match ODI series. It will be played between January 14th to January 19th.

India’s Tour of New Zealand – January 24th – March 4th

New Zealand Cricket team will host India for almost a 40-day long tour. They will host India for a five match T20 series and a 3 match ODI series along with two test matches. This series will give India a good idea of the players they will take to the world cup.

South Africa tour to India – March 12th – March 18th

South Africa will return to India within a year to play a 3-match T20 series. This series might mark the return of Hardik Pandya in International Cricket. Hardik last played an International Match against South Africa only in 2019.

Indian Premier League 2020

IPL will mark the end of Indian Internationals for the first half of 2020. The marquee event is scheduled to start on 29th March and will go on till May 24.
