Injury scare bought Bhuvneshwar Kumar out of competitive cricket for 6 months

From few while, India’s most elegant pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar is out of the competitive world of cricket due to multiple injuries stance which made him always out of the genre. That is none other than Bhuvneshwar Kumar who has always indulged in injury from last two years. Even he has undergo multiple surgeries which forced him to miss many international matches. His presence is always been crucial for the national side. His stance and intent always kept his bowling record in an economical manner with good wicket taking ability.

In the recent concluded edition of IPL-2020, he has sustained thigh muscle which made him to leave tournament in the mid season and right now he is under rehabilitation at NCA and his fitness seems that he could only make his presence only in the IPL-2021.

“He will be able to play only during the IPL as he is out of competitive cricket for six months,” quoted by BCCI official.

“The problem with fast bowling is that it puts a huge toll on the body. He seems to be unlucky in the last couple of years and seems to be getting a lot of classic injuries- back strain, side strain, hamstring strain that all focus in and around the lower back area, which is very often the problem area for bowlers,” said by Matthews.

He is trying hard to get his fitness back with good output and fluctuations in the bowling stance making him indulging again and again in injury scare.

“Sometimes a bowler who is trying to get extra pace and extra swing, it takes a couple of seasons to get that right. At times, the body also takes time to adjust to take the new stress, trying to do new things,”.

 “Unfortunately, it can be overloaded in certain areas. At the elite level you are so close to the maximum that to make changes becomes very difficult for your body and takes a long time to adjust,” added by Heath Matthews.
