Virat Kohli is investing on this company and with the ongoing agreement he is receiving an 0.051 percent stake with that company after every legal formalities for the coming ten years.
In February 2019, he gained Rs 33.32 lakhs due to the investment in the company.
But with the venture of time, Galactus has gained enough fame and popularity and reached to the apex of the success and now they are the ultimate owner of the popular game zoned platform named as Mobile Premier League (MPL). It is also in the facts and reports that BCCI has announced the appointment of MPL as the official kit sponsor and the raised as the partner of sponsorship in November 2020 which eventually caused some conflict.
Virat Kohli is the brand ambassador of the MPL and he is also seen in many promotional events of the game and in the reports given by Indian Express, it was seen that Galactus gave Rs 33.32 lakhs to Kohli as compulsory debentures.
This whole calculation summoned up of total of 0.051 percent stake with the company for the coming ten years.
It is also noted that Cornerstone Sport CEO Amit Arun Sajdeh is also the partner of Virat Kohli. Sajdeh in an interview said that, “There is no conflict whatsoever as long as Virat is not invested in Cornerstone,”.
Right now, Virat Kohli is in India with his wife Anushka Sharma as they both are expecting a child in January due to which he has left the on going Border-Gavaskar Series by just playing first Test match.
