Ravichandran Ashwin is trying unique bowling action during the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2019. Now Murali Vijay responded to R Ashwin’s bowling action by batting left-handed. Many time Ashwin tried new bowling action. Again Ashwin came with a new bowling action against Murali Vijay then Viajy batted left-handed.

Murali Vijay is playing for Ruby Trichy Warriors in the TNPL while Ravichandran Ashwin is playing for Dindigul Dragons.

Dindigul Dragons won the match

For Ruby Trichy Warriors, Murali Vijay scored brilliant 99 runs in just 62 balls with the helo of 7 fours and seven sixes. Ruby Trichy Warriors set the target of 179 runs for Dindigul Dragons. Dindigul Dragons chased down the target with five wickets remaining. N Jagadeesan scored a brilliant century for Ruby Trichy Warriors. He made 105 runs in just 60 balls with the help of 12 fours and four sixes.

After winning the match, Dragons captain Ashwin said, “Thought the first half we weren’t at our best. We didn’t start well in the first six. Special mention for Rohit Ramalingam who bowled really well. Jaggi batted really well. Positives were Chatur got a few runs and Vivek came back to form. Vivek is a big part of our team. He’s worked hard on the short ball, and today he hooked one for six which was the icing on the cake.”

Losing Captain Sai Kishore said, “Batted well, Vijay batted well. We were disappointed with the result. Really believed in ourselves to take it to the playoffs. One or two overs here and there cost us the match.”

N Jagadeesan awarded with the player of the match award for his brilliant inning. N Jagadeesan said, “Really happy. Never imagined I could get a hundred in a T20 game. Was important for me to stay in the middle, knew we had big hitters in my team. Had to prolong my innings to take it deep.”
