If talking about the journey of RCB in the IPL-2020, then it will be a phase of roller-coaster ride for them. Virat Kohli and squad members started the campaign with a tremendous till the first half of the league stage by winning 5 out of 7 matches whereas then they could only manage to win 2 wins out of 7 in the final half thus making them to conclude league stage with 7wins out of 14 and stands out at 4th place in the points table.
All we can say that team has lost the spark in the mid-way of tournament or can say team was totally dependent upon the duo factor of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers.
Talking about IPL-2021, Bangalore franchise will definitely look on those batsman which can give good start to the team and batsman who can play well in the middle order thus making less pressure on AB de Villiers and on Virat Kohli. Team also needs a prominent all rounder also as there all rounders were properly failed in the concluded season even the bowling unit also.
Their major disadvantage was underrated performance by opener Aaron Finch, all rounder Shivam Dube and Moeen Ali whereas as a bowler Umesh Yadav, Dale Steyn which eventually collapsed the winning streak for them.
The management could release these players from the team and would like to bid on those players who can fill the loopholes.
