During the interaction, Rohit also went little bit nostalgic about the time he missed his family, when he was on tours with the team. Highlighting the importance of the family, Rohit also gave a hint about his retirement plans. If all goes well, the Indian opener wishes to don the Blue jersey for upcoming 5-6 years at least.
The 33-year old has been in prime form of his life. In last year Cricket World Cup, Rohit scored record 5-centuries to guide time India in finals of the tournament. Apart from that, Rohit also managed to get into the Test XI in their last tour of Australia.
In the session, Rohit also talked about his penchant for team Australia, especially in limited overs Cricket. Rohit Sharma has a remarkable record in ODIs against Australia. In 40 innings against Australia, the dashing Indian opener has scored 2208 at an average of over 61. Rohit also hit his maiden double century against Australia.
