The year 2020 was supposed to be of great importance for the game as two major tournaments- Asia Cup 2020 and World Cup 2020- were scheduled to take place in the latter half of the year. But now, after all the chaos and uncertainties due to CoViD-19 outbreak, the world Cricket is gearing up for its first International series in 4 months with England taking on WI for a three test series from July 8.
The 4-months period saw postponement of Indian Premier League along with cancellation of many bilateral series. Even the fate of ICC World T20 looks uncertain in these challenging conditions. However, both the ICC and its board members are planning their best to somehow sneak in the major tournament in limited time frame.
With there is little chance of Cricket in near future, all the cricket lovers look forward to ICC Men’s World Cup 2020 for their entertainment. The multination tournament is scheduled to be played in Australia in October-November this year.

Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan/Sanju Samson, Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh, Kuldeep Yadav, Navdeep Saini, Jasprit Bumrah, S Sreesanth (12th man)
