Earlier media reports said that Virat Kohli would not travel to West Indies for the limited-overs series. But now Virat Kohli may travel to West Indies for the full tour which includes 3 T20Is, 3 ODIs and two tests. But maybe some senior player will rest for this series like Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya and Mohammed Shami. Shikhar Dhawan and Vijay Shankar will travel to windies if they can declare fit to them.
“There’s no word yet on Shikhar Dhawan and Vijay Shankar (who had to leave the World Cup midway due to injuries). The chief selector may have an idea because he’s been following this up. Let’s see; we’ll have a better idea tomorrow on how they’re recovering,” inside sources told TOI.

BCCI was scheduled to announce the squads for India’s upcoming tour of West Indies on July 19. But now the meeting has been postponed for the selection. Team India’s squad for West Indies tour will announce in next few days.
