The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League is in the progress. All teams have played minimum five matches in the tournament so far. Mumbai Indians are standing at the top of the points table while Kings XI Punjab is at the bottom of the table.
Last year BCCI introduced a new rule, according to that teams have transferred their player during the mid season of IPL. But BCCI has included only uncapped players in this list in last year IPL. Now BCCI has extended this rule and now teams transfer both capped and uncapped players when all teams have played 7 matches in the tournament.
