Bold Statement given by Deepak Chahar over his England Series

Indian Team was playing against South Africa in the home series  in the fifth match on Sunday, June 19. In addition, the game was occurring at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, India.

Due to rain, the series was called off 2-2 as the last match was abandoned. This was truly a disappointing moment for all the cricket fans as the Indian Team had made a pretty awesome comeback after losing the first two matches.

Indian swing  bowler Deepak Chahar has proceeded to share  that he won’t be fit in time for the T20 series against England. Deepak Chahar was injured  before the IPL season.

“I am bowling four to five overs at one go as per my rehab programme right now. My recovery is going pretty well and I think it will take another four to five weeks for me to get match fit.

It’s a step-by-step process as far as recovery is concerned. I don’t think I will be fit for England T20s. Once I am match fit, I will need to play some club-level games to check my fitness.

I can’t say that but I will definitely try and get fit by then. Let’s see.”said by Deepak Chahar.
