Deepak Chahar huge statement over captaincy slot for Indian Team against Sri-Lankan series

Men in Blue pacer Deepak Chahar has upheld Shikhar Dhawan to lead India on their visit to Sri Lanka beginning in the period of July. The 28-year-old swing bowler feels the Dhawan has the correct demeanour and experience among the players.

This is just the second time in Indian cricket’s set of experiences that two groups will travel at the same time.

The crew is yet to be reported and the selectors have a pleasant cerebral pain to choose the head of a genuinely youthful crew, which will play three ODIs and three T20 matches. The hard-hitting Southpaw has past captaincy experience while driving his state group Delhi and Sunriseres Hyderabad in the IPL.

“Shikhar bhai will be a good choice (for captain). He has been playing for a long time and has a lot of experience. For me, a senior person should become a captain. Because players see that player as a senior and respect him and obey him with honesty. Players should respect their captain. He (Dhawan) will be a good choice,” said by Chahar to TOI

The right handed bowler was found in acceptable structure in the IPL where he picked 11 wickets for CSK and is practically sure to make it to the crew alongside Kumar and Navdeep Saini as the other speed bowlers.

Deepak Chahar likewise accepted that India has a decent possibility of winning the arrangement without its best option players.
