He is the new Dhoni of world cricket: Justin Langer

Host England will face arch-rivals Australia in their next world cup 2019 game. England have played six matches so far in world cup 2019 and won 4 matches out of them while Australia have also played six matches so far in world cup 2019 and won 5 matches out of them. Australia are at 2nd position in the points table with 10 points while England are at 4th position with 8 points.

England will face India, New Zealand and Australia in their next three world cup games. So it may be gone tough for them to qualify for the world cup 2019 semifinals. Australia is looking a strong team for qualifying for the semifinals.

Before the Australia versus England match, Justin Langer said

“They (England) are the best team in the world. Just look at their team. Nothing has changed in a week. I can’t wait for Tuesday – England at Lord’s, World Cup. That is what we are thinking about.”

“Jos Buttler is an unbelievable player. I love watching him bat. He(Jos Buttler) is the new Dhoni of world cricket,” Justin Langer Said.

“I hope he gets a duck in this [Tuesday’s] game obviously, but I saw him at Somerset and he is an unbelievable athlete and an incredible finisher,” he added.

“They [England] have a very strong batting unit and we will have to be right on it. There is nothing we can do about the crowds or the opposition. We will just go about our business,” He further added.

“I did not know Davey (David Warner) that well [before being appointed as Australia coach], but he is a good company. His runs speak for themselves. He is smiling a lot. He is hungry. He is playing well. He loves his family. Like Steve, the return has been seamless and they are playing well too, which is pleasing,” Justin Langer added.
