Australia has lost the first match of the three match T20I series against India, Yesterday. Now in the second match of the series, they can try level the series.
But Australian team is struggling with the injuries. First David Warner has been ruled out from the T20Is and then Ashton Agar joins the list. But Now their Captain Aaron Finch to go for scans after sustaining a hip injury in the first T20I against India.
“A bit of a hip or a glute or something like that at the moment. We’ll wait and see, but it progressively got worse throughout the game. We’ll have a scan tomorrow and see how we go,” told Finch to Fox Cricket after the game.
If Finch was unavailable it would be likely that Matthew Wade, who was vice-captain for the first T20I, would step up to lead the team. Following this T20I series, Finch will head onto the BBL with the Melbourne Renegades. Their opening fixture is on December 12 against the Perth Scorchers in Hobart.
