Legal Notice given by Kerala High Court to Virat Kohli


Controversies are mixed up with an difficulties nowadays for the sports persons and many celebrities and it is now became usual thing in the world of media. Whether it been related to any kind of accusations or it be related to any endorsements.

The same way this time, Indian skipper Virat Kohli is involved in an unexpected controversy where Kerala High Court has issued a legal notice to the Kohli for endorsing online rummy. Along with Virat Kohli, South Indian Superstars Tamannah Bhatia and Aju Varghese has also got notice from the High Court.

The case is regarding the online rummy which is strictly termed to be an offence which is given in the Act passed by Government of India in 1960.

It is reported from the Mathrubhumi website that Poly Varghese, a lawyer from Thrissur has applied the legal notice to the stars. He has said that due to the engaged endorsement of these online rummies issued a huge addiction towards the common people to exaggerate the stuffs.

Right now Virat Kohli will going to make comeback to the Indian Cricket Team after a paternity leave which he took in the Australian series. Now he will again lead the Indian side against England in the home series.

This will be the comeback of the International cricket in the home conditions. Team will play four match red ball series followed by 5T20Is and 3ODIs respectively.

Right now Indian team is at the top of the ICC Test Championship Race due to the historic win against Kangaroos of 2-1 in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy whereas England Team are in the contention to win the red ball series against India to seal an almost spot for the ICC Test Championship Race which might be held in the month of June 2021.
