India medium pacer Harshal Patel has been excluded of the second and third T20I against West Indies because of a rib injury, affirmed BCCI on Monday
“Harshal Patel has a rib injury and is unavailable for selection for the 2nd and 3rd T20I. He is being monitored by the BCCI medical team,”wrote in the official statement
BCCI tweeted after the throw of the second ODI in Saint Kitts. Harshal hadn’t featured in the series opener in Trinidad two or three days prior. India had picked leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi in that game which delivered profit as the spinners governed to give India an enormous 68-run win and a 1-0 lead in the five-match series.
Bishnoi, nonetheless, cleared a path for pacer Avesh Khan as India went in with a more adjusted bowling assault containing three expert seamers and two twist bowling choices. Hardik Pandya, can obviously, come into bowl if necessary.
There was no lack of show even before the match had begun. The match must be postponed by three hours as luggage of a few off the players hadn’t shown up on time from Trinidad to Saint Kitts
With West Indies winning the second match leading to series level so it will be amazing to watch out who will win the series.
