Road Safety World Series to played at four venues in May-June 2022

The Road Safety World Series 2022 release is probably going to happen towards the finish of May and will include legends from everywhere the world to have played the game. Prior, the competition was scheduled to be held in the long stretch of February. 

The competition included legends Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Jonty Rhodes, Herschelle Gibbs, Virender Sehwag in the past edition.

Upwards of seven groups including the legends from India, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Australia, South Africa, England and Bangladesh partook in the debut version in a cooperative configuration and India Legends proceeded to win the competition while the Sri Lanka legends were the runners-up.

The Covid-19 pandemic circumstance had suspended the competition midway and continued a year after the fact in 2021 to finish up.

According to reports, the association will be played in May rather than February across four settings. Further, the finals will be played in June with the Covid-19 circumstance in India further developing at this point.

“Yes, the tournament will be staged across four venues — Hyderabad, Vishakhpatnam, Lucknow, and Indore. Earlier, we were looking to start the tournament in the last week of February, but now the schedule has been pushed and it will commence in the last week of May,”said by Source.

“The final will be played in June and we already have the approval from Hyderabad Cricket Association,”

“The enthusiasm shown by the legends of the game for the cause of a social gathering and social awareness is highly appreciable. We at CA will be proud to host this stupendous tournament.” Stated in the approval letter by Hyderabad Cricket Association.

Likewise, the Bangladesh Legends have affirmed to have gotten the forthcoming installments from the last version. In the meantime, Tendulkar has been selected to not participate in the Road Safety World Series and it is set to be a significant throwback to every one of his fans who have been standing by frantically to see him back playing.
