After a gap of long seven years, Sreesanth came back to the field again. He was banned for seven years on the accusations caused due to spot fixing in the 13th edition of Indian Premier League. Sreesanth along with Ankeet Chavan and Ajit Chandila was alleged as the culprit who was squad members of Rajasthan Royals.
Now Sreesanth is back to the competitive format at the age of 37 years which is really inspiring comeback. Talking about this an incident was seen where the vintage aggressive Sreesanth was seen in the match which was played between Kerala and Mumbai on 13th January.
The incident was took place in the 6th over of the match where Sreesanth bowled a lengthy delivery outside off stump where 19 year old young Yashasvi Jaiswal failed to hit the ball. At that time a small conversation was carried out between both the players. Afterwards that, The young talent has given a ruthless answer to Sreesanth by hitting boundaries in the remaining balls. In the match, Mumbai scored 197 runs on the board. Openers Aditya Tare and Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 88 runs in 9.5overs followed by cameos carried by skipper Suryakumar Yadav, Shivam Dube and Siddhesh Lad.
