Star West Indies Player traded to Patriots ahead CPL 2021


The CPL is a yearly Twenty20 cricket competition held in the Caribbean. It was established by Cricket West Indies in 2013 to supplanted the Caribbean Twenty20 as the chief Twenty20 rivalry in the Caribbean.

Dwayne Bravo exchanged to St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, Denesh Ramdin back to Trinbago Knight Riders-In a major move in Caribbean Premier League in front of the forthcoming season, Dwayne Bravo was exchanged to St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots while Denesh Ramdin returned to TKR.

TKR report that dependent on a solicitation from Dwayne Bravo, they have consented to exchange him to St Kitts and Nevis Patriots (SKNP). Consequently SKNP has exchanged Denesh Ramdin to KKR.

“At this stage in my career, I needed a new challenge, which is to work with the young talent for the benefit of Cricket West Indies. Also becoming part of a new franchise SKNP will provide me with a new challenge in CPL. I want to thank TKR for respecting my wishes and for the support over the years. I also appreciate everything they have done for Trinidad & Tobago in general.”stated by Bravo.

“DJ Bravo has been instrumental in not only building TKR into a champion team but also captained the team which earned three championships in 2015, 2017 and 2018. We are sad to see him leave but we respect his wishes & his desires to help Caribbean cricket.”said by Venky Mysore, Director of TKR during the announcement.

“We are delighted that someone of the caliber of Kieron Pollard is leading TKR and also happy to announce Sunil Narine as the vice-captain of TKR. We welcome back Denesh Ramdin to the TKR family and look forward to the 2021 season and defending our titleadded by him.

The tournament might take place in August 2021 if plans goes all well.
