T20 cricket becomes the most popular in now day as compared to ODI and Test. The Indian cricket team is at the number position in test and number second position in ODI in the ICC ranking but in T20Is, India have not in top three. India have at number fie in ICC ranking in T20Is. Next Year the T20 world cup will take place in Australia and team India is preparing for this and they need to improve in their ranking. Former Indian player Sunil Gavaskar said that India have need to win big matches in T20is.
“In ICC rankings India is at 5. If they are to go to 2/3, they will have to win some big matches. And if they can’t do this, it will not be easy for them to win the (T20) World Cup,” warned Gavaskar.
Sunil Gavaskar also picks his all-time India’s T20 XI. He goes with Rohit Sharma and Virender Sehwag in the opening slot. In his XI, Sachin Tendulkar at number three and Virat Kohli at number four. Yuvraj Singh and Ravindra Jadeja are the all-rounders in his all-time India’s T20 XI. Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the wicket-keeper batsman in Sunil Gavaskar’s all-time India’s T20 XI.

Along with Ravindra Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh is another spin bowling option and Zaheer Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah are fast bowling option in his team. Gavaskar couldn’t pick Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav in his team. Also, Mr IPL Suresh Raina failed to make his place in his team.
