The real reason behind absence of Arshdeep Singh from 1st ODI

Arshdeep Singh made a dazzling presentation in worldwide cricket when he turned into the 99th man to address India in T20 cricket in the series against England. In 4 overs, he got 2 wickets and furthermore had an effective maiden over as well. Tragically for him, he was unable to play the following two matches as he wasn’t essential for the crew as Jasprit Bumrah was back for the second game and for the third game, Umran Malik was preferred over him.

He is important for India’s ODI crew and he was supposed to make his presentation in the first  ODI, however an injury  before the game made him out of conflict for a likely debut in the 50 over format.

Virat Kohli and Arshdeep Singh were not considered for selection for the first ODI against England.

Arshdeep Singh in his most memorable worldwide game showed every one of the abilities that he has. He swung  the ball from the get-go in the innings and in the end overs he bowled Yorkers freely and furthermore showed the range of more slow balls available to him. 

There were calls for him to play in the rest of the T20 games however he wasn’t thought of. Arshdeep broke his direction into the Indian group in the wake of performing great for Punjab Kings in consecutive IPLs.
