These three players each team might retain before the next year mega IPL auction


Players auction has one the interesting factor in the Indian Premier League. Every year, Before the start of the IPL a mini auction takes place and the mega auction takes place after three IPL season every time. So as of now, next year the mega will happen.

Unfortunately, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation has created certain economical and physical constraints, which can potentially lead to the scheduled IPL 2021 mega auctions getting postponed.

But if the Mega IPL Auction happens in 2021 these are the three player Each team might retain.

Rajasthan Royals

RR have won only 6 matches in IPL 2020, out of 14 matches they have played. Now RR is looking for the next year IPL. Rajasthan might retain Jofra Archer, Jos Buttler and Sanju Smason. While they will use RTM(Right to match card) for Rahul Tawatia, Shreyas Gopal, Steve Smith or Ben Stokes.

Delhi Capitals

Delhi capitals are looking one of the most strongest team of the IPL 2020. They are in top two in the points table with 16 points. But they have failed to win their first IPL title and lost against Mumbai Indians in the finals.

Before the next year mega Auction, DC might retain captain Shreyas Iyer, Wicket-keeper Batsman Rishabh Pand and South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada while they will use RTM for Shikhar Dhawan, Prithvi Shaw and Axar Patel.

Sunrisres Hyderabad

SRH are also looking for the next year auction. Sunrisres Hyderabad will retain their captain David Warner, leg Spinner Rashid Khan and Indian fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

RTM : Jonny Bairstow, Manish Pandey and kane Williamson

Kings XI Punjab

Now looking for the next year IPL, They might Retain Captain KL Rahul, Mohammed shami and Mayank Agarwal.

RTM : Nicholas Pooran, Ravi bishoni and Chris Gayle.

Mumbai Indians

MI is One of the most success-full team of the Indian Premier League. They have won their fifth IPL title and becomes the second team after Chennai Super Kings to defend the title.

Mumbai Indians will surely retain their Captain Rohit Sharma along with Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah.

RTM : Kieron Pollard, SuryaKumar Yadav and Krunal pandya

Kolkata knight Riders

Kolkata Knight Riders will retain two West Indian players Andre Russell and Sunil Narine and the third player will be the Shubman Gill.

RTM : Varun Chakravarthy, Nitish Rana and Eoin Morgan

Royal Challengers Bangalore

Royal Challengers Bangalore will retain captain Virat kohli, AB De Villiers and Yuzi Chahal.

RTM : Chris Morris, Washington Sundar and Shivam Dube

Chennai Super Kings

Given all the unpleasant things and disappointment they have faced this season, it’s fair to say that CSK will head into the next mega auctions as one of the most desperate teams in urgent need of restructuring.
