Indian Team is ruling all over the Red ball format as they keep each team under their radar. It has been awesome to see young players winning the series and matches on overseas soil with pure domination.
The same has been seen in the Centurion Test where Indian Test Team had won the test match against Proteas with a huge margin of 113 runs with a pure ease.
They also maintained their long term streak of being the No.1 Test Team in the ICC team ranking for the last six years.
The next test against Proteas will be played at Johannesburg and if visitors win this match then they will win the series and lock another overseas series win.
Before the start of the second test, Indian Team had got a major shock as their star two players had been ruled out of the test match due to injury.
And that is none other than Shreyas Iyer and the captain himself, Virat Kohli. Both have been ruled out of the second test.
Virat Kohli has been ruled out from the team as he was facing upper back spasm whereas Shreyas Iyer has been excluded due to Stomach bug respectively.
Due to the issues sustained by Virat Kohli, KL Rahul will be the captain of the Indian Test Team for the Johannesburg Test. Due to the absence of these players, Hanuman Vihari got the chance in the playing XI of the Indian Team for the second test.
India have won the toss and elected to bat first in the Johannesburg Test, and lost their opening wicket of Mayank Agarwal at the score of 26 runs.
